Excellent Tool
This tool and set of nuts provides a great way to upgrade cheap plastic fasteners. They work great. Note, that the video demonstration is incorrect. You connect the bottom layer first and then use the screw to connect the top layer. I used it to replace the connectors for the bottom panel on my car engine, which was falling off because the cheap plastic connectors wore out after many oil changes.
